BUG - upgrade on-prem OS from 7.4.2 to 8..1.1

Hi - not sure if this is the correction 'board'.

OneStream Community,

   We upgraded our on-prem OneStream 7.4.2 to 8.1.1 in our test environment.  We use SSO authenticating to external provider  GCCH.  Since upgrading the OS 8.1.1 application signon screen no longer fills in with the User name.  (please see screen shots).  

This appears to be a BUG.

Any insight is appreciated.
