Create Application Database option freeze in cloud application.

"Creation application Database" option is freezes in our cloud application and I've admin access. Is there any privileges I need to create app db?

You can create a copy of an application in Cloud Administration Tools or if you want a completely blank application, log a ticket and it will get routed to the cloud team for assistance.
