Culture option greyed out in Golfstrean

Hi all

We want to add more Cultures to the ENG-US one, but the option is greyed
culture.png
 out. We are told to untick it, but this option does not exist or we are looking in the place?

First, make sure you are in the security group listed here:

If so then you should be able to navigate to that page and even though it looks greyed out, uncheck the box and add additional cultures:

Thank you very much..Yes this was the problem. We had to add the user to the system administrator part which was missing.
