Enter yearly rates through cubeview

I am trying to build a cubeview to enter yearly rates in cubeview for forecast scenario. Is there any way I can do that? Idea is to enter rates during budget and use to for all forecast months instead of loading by periods.

You can set up your metadata to hold the rates (where a user can enter it), switch the Translation Algorithm Type on the cube(s) to Standard Using Business Rules for FX Rates and write a Finance rule to return the rate from the cube rather than from the FX rate table.
