Hi there, a couple of suggestions for you to explore:

  1. System Diagnostics OneStream Solution (solution exchange):  Has lots of reports that can help with Data Size analysis
  2. Admin Assist OneStream Solution (solution exchange) - new solution may have some interesting helps for you!
  3. Check out the standard dashboard reports (another solution exchange solution) that might have something

Go to solution exchange, download the solution desired (filter on OneStream created); and then upload on Application tab / load_Extract, then load up the zip file.   Then go to OnePlace Tab and you should see the newly loaded solution, select it and if prompted "update" tables, then "launch" solution (icons shown on screen if needed) to do the preliminary backend table set up automatically.

Data unit size management can be achieved with a combination of both Vertical and Horizontal extensibility, as well as limiting scope of calculations (on run at base entities, local currency for example) many of which are covered in the Writing Financial Calculations rules course.

Hope this gets you started!
