Require the steps to reinstate the system in case of OS database crash

Hi All,

In an event of OneStream primary database crashes during the month or year end of the Statutory Reporting when users heavily rely on the system, Could you please suggest the steps we will consider to reinstate the system.

Er, just restore a db backup and restart IIS... But if you're having regular crashes, the situation is abnormal and you should take it up with Support.
