Values backing off next month if no activity found in subsequent months

Hi Everyone,

We need to understand the scenario settings due to which we can avoid the data backing off (shown as derived, not stored value) for the next month when we enter a data in a periodic view.

After digging up the community, we found some posts redirecting to change No Data Zero View for the scenario to YTD but that still doesn't solve this behavior.

Is there any particular in the application/scenario where I can change to show no activity months as "0"?
