Business Rule Report

Is it possible to create a report that shows all of the Business Rules within an application and where in that application each business rule is being used?

Without customizing something, not that I know of because BRs can be called from DM sequences, dashboard components, cube views, etc.

But there is a tool on the Solution Exchange Open Place called "Calculation Sequence Dashboard" that does a very nice job of laying out the DUCS sequence in a grid by scenario type and year.  Check it out, it may help you get part of the way there:
