Cube view dimension Hierarchy in reverse order with expandable option..

Hi team,

is there a way to get the children of a member above the its row with expandable and collapse option.
I know we can use the TreeDescendantsInclusiveR but we are not able to have an option for expanding and collapsing the hierarchy 
for example I want the expandable option on BUYBCK_MGN with expanding above in the following image
