CVR function not working in Report and Excel

Guys, We are using difference of  multiple CVR functions to get the value for a row, and it is working correctly in the Data Explorer , the data is also correct , but when we generate the report in PDF or Excel we are getting an error  in that cell with the name of the first row used in the CVR GetDataCell.

For eg: If "GetDataCell(CVR(A1)-CVR(A2)-CVR(A3)-CVR(A4))" is the function , then the error displayed in the cell in PDF and Excel is "Error : A1" .

Any idea why this is happening?
