Date Selector - default value set to Now

Hi All

Is there a way to set default date to Now() in the Date Selector component of the Dashboard?

I just did some quick testing and it seems like the default value is today's date by default.

Hi

That's true. I found a place in BR which was changing default behaving into empty field. It gets back to normal when I removed that part. Thank you for confirmation.

I have to reopen this subject with a bit more info.

The 'Date Selector' object show last selection that have been made. What I need, is to make this object present Today date every time when Form is activated/ opened by User. I was testing BR that pass String or Date data type but didn`t succeed.

Is there any way to make this happened?

You should be able to check the parameter (and reset it) using a Dashboard Extender Business rule on load of the dashboard
