Display Parameters with their description in report

Hi,

I am wanting to show the scale of dollars in a report, I have the parameter |!Divisor!| which has display items as Whole Numbers, Thousands, Millions, and Billions. When I use that parameter in a report instead of showing the display items it shows the value items which are 0, 3, 6, and 9.
