Excel Add-In external links appearing in files

Hi,

Has anyone else encountered an issue where external links are appearing in user files? A few users claim that the original file did not contain any of these links. The users break the links and save the file only to have the links show up again when the file is opened again. These links also only appear for OneStream connect Excel files. Normal excel files do not seem to have this issue.

I'm not sure what you mean by external links, but if people have their Excel Add-In installed in different folder in Windows, Excel might be embedding the path to the add-in in references to its functions, and those paths would break as the file is passed around.

I'd suggest talking to Support so they can have a look at the files.
