Genesis - No moveable splits in Dashboard Layout

I cannot find any setting for moveable splits in dashboard layout or advanced dashboard layout.  Is it not possible in Genesis?  

Does it means I should just create the dashboard in the client first and then link it into Genesis?

    That said, this is a good suggestion and the ability to add Moveable Splitters is something we are working on currently and will be available in a future release

    Moveable splitters are not currently available in the two blocks mentioned

    But there is nothing to stop you creating your own content (outside of Genesis) and consuming it via Advanced Dashboard Layouts, for example 

    Have you considered leveraging Remote Consulting via Support. They should be able to provide more specific advice based on your use cases for Genesis and help demystify any gaps there might be between training (Navigator) and implementation
