How to Run BR on Cube View DB Component Selection Change

I have a dashboard with a cubeview in row one and a chart in row two.  I want the chart below to change based on what the user clicks in the cube view.  I was hoping when the user clicks a new cell in the cubeview it would trigger the "Selection Changed Server Task" action but I can not seem to get a rule to run there.   Does anyone know how a BR on a cube view dashboard compoent is triggered?  I was hoping on cell selection but maybe not.  Thanks.

On your cube view, your User Interface Action should Refresh the dashboard you want to redraw, in your case, your chart.
