Narrative Reporting Issue

Hello!

Has someone tried Narrative reporting in 9.1 version? I am currently experiencing issues:

1.- Inserting charts/Advanced Charts / Reports if someone could insert an exaple on how they have done it.

2.- I cannot vie the artifacts and acces them, this message keeps popping up (and the names are fine)

Thank you so much for the help!!

Hi Nova9,

I had the same issue and raised it with OS. They said Standard Application Reports PV6.4.0 SV100 is not compatible with Platform Version 9. OneStream recommends using Navigation Center, which comes packaged with Platform Version 9, for your reporting needs.

I downloaded and installed Navigation Center from Solution Exchange and then navigate to Narrative Reporting from Navigation Center in One Place rather than Standard Application Reports and it fixed that issue (although it created other issues with my header formatting in my books).

With regards to the charts/graphs.. I also have issues, they seem to disappear.

Hi,
Were you able to solve you issue?
I have a similar issue with Narrative Reporting (on Navigation Center PV850 SV103), trying to open an artifact from NRR doesn't work. I got this message: Preview of this content is not supported.

This is a XFGET excel file embeded into a word document (as image).

{XF}{Application}{ExcelFile}{Documents/Public/ExtensibleDocs/RWC_NRR_XFGET_Report.XFDOC.xlsx}
PageNumber=1, ExcelSheet=Sheet1, CropLeft=0, CropTop=0, CropWidth=0, CropHeight=0, Zoom=100, MaintainAspectRatio=True, FillMode=Width, Anchor=TopLeft, IncludeBorders=False

Thanks.
Daniela
