Narrative Reporting setup Issue

In our system Narrative Reporting setup has done, but when we open Narrative Reporting. could not able Fetch and Load and anything. seems like everything is empty(below screenshot are for your reference). Can you please help us to setup the Narrative Reporting in the system.
