OneStream Excel AddIn Setup Wizard ended prematurely

Hello!

I have one of the users receiving the error "OneStream Excel AddIn Setup Wizard ended prematurely" while trying to install OneStream Excel Add-in. The user is an administrator on the laptop.

Tried a few things like closing all Microsoft office applications, deleting the APPDATA folders, restarting the computer....nothing help!

Anyone faced this issue or seen this error before? If so, what steps were taken to resolve it?

Hi,

In addition to seeing if anyone on the forum has any experience of this, I would suggest raising a case with OneStream support if you haven't already.
