Report Viewer: View Report > Export Function is not available

Hello, has anyone come across this message using Report Viewer? The export function is not an option when selecting the "View Report" icon.

Can try the following steps, or try a .Net6 reset.

  • Log out of OneStream
  • Delete the Settings folder in the below path:C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\OneStream\Desktop\Settings
  • Delete the 2.0 folder in the below path: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0
  • Then launch Onestream again to check.
