Saving Offline Copy

My team has recently been unable to save offline copies of Excel files that contain XFGetCells + CubeViews. Prior to this, we had no issues and had saved 100+ files offline as part of quarterly reporting. I have seen prior threads where this has been discussed some time ago, and our team has tried updating preferences, saved elsewhere, etc. with no luck. Is anyone else currently having this issue?

    Our team is still having this issue since we upgrade to version 8. We can get Quick Views to save offline no problem but XFGetCell functions are still a problem. It would be great to have an update on if this is fixed with a version upgrade. A solution our teams have used is to save the files offline using Spreadsheet in the OneStream GUI.

    Hello, we are on version V9.2.0.18004 and the Save Offline Copy button is not working for us. Any ideas on what we can do since this is extremely helpful?

    I figured out the issue. You have to click Refresh Workbook before clicking the Save Offline Copy button. Putting this out there so anyone looking knows how to use it.
