Upon logging into the OS for the first time, the initial file refresh takes a long time, but subsequent refreshes tend to be quicker. Do you know what causes the first refresh after logging in to take so long?

Hi - this is likely due to the cacheing that OneStream does behind the scenes. For example, if refreshing an Excel file which is retrieving data via the add-in, dimension members, and data cells are cached and timestamped upon initial refresh. Subsequent refreshes will check timestamps and only re-cache if dimensions or data cells have changed. I am likely missing some nuance here but that is the gist of it and probably what you are experiencing.
