CAT_executeCopy rule

Hi,

In our application, we uninstalled and re-installed Cloud Administration Tool, after did this trying to compile CAT_executeCopy while doing this getting validation errors. 

My concern is after uninstall CAT, is it mandatory clear CAT_executeCopy rule as well?
