Compiste Transformation rule

I have built the "Compiste" transformation rule, the Rule is below. while executing through workflow and I am getting the below error message. any insights how to make this work out?

Error:

Dimension: Account, Rule Type: TransformComposite, Rule Name: ., Input Expression: A#[??????????1910], Output Expression: A169140.
Syntax error: Missing operand before 'And' operator.

Hi there - my first question would be why are you using a composite rule? Composite rules are typically used when two dimensions need to be concatenated together. Since your expression is only referring to the Account dimension, I would suggest using a Mask rule.
