SFTP With SIC Config

Hello!

Any inputs or documentation for configuring the SFTP process with SIC?
Recently we have installed the SIC and configured successfully and was able to pull the data.

We are facing issues with the SFTP process with SIC, followed the SIC admin guide and configured by creating a new gateway and copied the Gateway info to the OneStream Smart Integration Connector Local Gateway
Server Configuration Utility, but the status in OneStream shows as 'offline'.

Make sure that your Local Gateway server is able to connect out to the Azure Relay servers. Here is a page from the SIC Admin guide describing this process.

korrapatirams  - Did you try restarting the SIC Server? Make sure Port & Host are correct in the SIC configuration.

Thanks for the reply. Issue resolved. The mistake we did was imported the gateway configuration info from OneStream to a separately for the data source and SFTP process, after importing both to the same gateway it worked.
