Bug - Report 05c (Sch 02) and 05d (Sch 02) - Wrong Year Parameter

This relates to release PV7.3.0  SV100. You will need to apply this fix to the OpenPlace solution.

Issue:

The first two rows in each of these two cube views (05c Sch 02 Nat Consol_TXP  and   05d Sch 02 Local Consol_TXP) uses the parameter "WFYear". This needs to be changed to the parameter "|!Select_Year_TXP!|".

Cube View Changes:

1) Update the first two row headers for the time period. Replace "T#WFYear" with "T#|!Select_Year_TXP!|"
