Flat file loads reverting back to the Validate step

Has anyone else experienced flat file data loads "unloading" and reverting back to the Validation step, seemingly on their own?  It has happened in all of our applications, and I can't find any correlation or consistent reason why this is happening.

I'll open the workflow and it looks like this:

Hi AGumino,

If I am not mistaken,  you could experience this behavior when having multiple sibling Import Steps under the same Workflow Base Input Profile using the same Workflow Channel and having overlapping data units. When you load any of the sibling Imports, the system would detect that changes have been made to the data loaded through the first step and revert back the Load step.
