IC Matching Summary Screen showing "NoData" rows

Hi

Is it correct for OneStream to include “No Data” rows in the IC Matching Summary?  

The matching tolerance is set to 1000 and “Suppress Matches” is not selected (since matches need to be displayed).  

These accounts previously contained data but were cleared out.

I could not replicate the issue again after the scenario reset was performed.

I was able to replicate this issue in the same application using a different period by following these steps:

  • Captured data
  • Ran the matching screen
  • Set the IC transaction status
  • Reverted the workflow
  • Removed the data
  • Ran the matching screen again

However, I cannot reproduce the “No Data” rows in another application (same accounts, matching parameters, and settings) using the above steps.

Any idea what settings could be causing this behaviour? I’ve compared both applications and cannot identify any differences. It appears that either one application is functioning correctly or the other is not.
