Locking Forms in WF ???

Quick Question I have a WF with a Form Profile and the form has Jan - Dec with an account.

1. I Created WF Profile and assigned it too the WF Profile form

2. Made the account as No Data Lock. 

3. Input the data and saved and locked the WF Profile Form.

4. When I navigate to Feb I still able to see input data for Jan and the Form is not locked?

Any Idea what I am missing?

We are not able to lock individual Forms in OS. Are you locking the Forms Workflow? Also, locking does not prevent users from seeing the data, so you would still see the data (given you have access to it).

If you could provide screenshots of what you are seeing, it is much easier to diagnose.

EricOsmanski  - Thaks for the reply. I was able to lock the WF Forms and It is locking no issues and I am also able to see the data but the users were able to submit the data even after the form is locked for the Period Jan.

Does it make sense ?

Are Entities assigned to this WF Profile? Screenshots would be very helpful in this case to see what you are experiencing.

The above is the screenshot of the WFP but I have multiple forms only forms in this WFP no import. I have not assigned the WF Entities.
