Re:- warning action in workflow load process

Hi everyone,
                   I want some help in workflow.anybody knows how to get warning action during importing of data in workflow using conformation rules.If someone know please help me.
                  Otherwise,you can tell any alternative method to achive this case like through the business rule(parser).The business rule should give the warning message at workflow import process(first step of loading data) and the importing process should me continued,not to be breaked.i.e)soft validating......we want warning action not error action.
