Hi,Is it possible to map two account dimensions to two different columns in the fields in DatasourceThanks,Chandu

My team has a requirement for a CV report to show the last 4 trailing quarters and all 3 months of the current quarter.  I was able to achieve this, however when the time period is the first or second month of the quarter, I would like to show only those completed months.  For example, if the period is July I would want my months columns to be June & July.  Currently I am using T#Quarter(|POVTime|).MonthsInQuarter which is showing Jun-Jul-Aug.  Is there any function that is able to do this?  Thanks!

Hi All, I am trying to create the dashboard where I pass all dimension from combo box to button taht triggers the DM sequence that has the Export Data step.I get the following error mentioned below.     FYI  please see the screenshot of the export data step mentioned below.             Can someone please help where I am going wrong please help  me with the approach.  Thank you

Hello everyone,We are currently building a solution. Where we try to only pull the PlainText from a RichText component. Currently we got in our research two solutions proposed: Regex solution, which is prone to errors as we need to cather for various cases and exceptionsRichTextBox() functionality, that seems to do what we want as standard (see below) that but that throws an errorSeems this function is not used/available anymore in v8. Does anybody knows if it's possible to use this still in v8 via some additional set up in the app ? Or if we would have a corresponding similar rule in v8 environement ? Alternatively, would you have any suggestions as to how easily manipulate and extract plain text out of rich text object's code ?Thank you in advance for your help!

I have a dashboard where I created Parameter1 using bound list which is referenced in a combo box. A button then passes the data to the business rule. The issue I am having is that it only recognizes the first selected member and ignores all other selected members. How do you pass a multiselect list from combo box in Dashboard in order to loop through the list?

Hi community, For one of our clients we are looking for the following. - We create 52 weekly scenario with each their own start and end period setting in the workflow start time and workflow end time. For example we have the scenario CFF_2022W01 which has a workflow start time as 2022W1 and a workflow end time as 2022 W39. For example the scenario CFF_2022W02 which has a workflow start time as 2022W2 and a workflow end time as 2022 W39 etc.  How can we get a list of members of the range within the start and end time in the scenario. So for example based on the CFF_2022W01 scenario it should return in the list 2022W1, 2022W2 up until 2022W39. For CFF_2022W02 it should return in a list 2022W2, 2022W3 up until 2022W39.There is also the example when the periods run across years. So for example the scenario CFF_2022W27 has a workflow start time of 2022W27 and end time of 2023W13. The list should then return 2022W27, 2022W28 up until 2022W52 plus also 2023W1 up

If a user is part of a security group with the below "Data Cell Access Security" filters, does that mean they would only have access to "Ent_3200"?  For some reason this user is still able to see all base entities however they are still restricted from TOP? Why would the "E#TOP" filter be correctly restricted, but E#top.base not be restricted?

Hi, I am trying to call Table view service from a spreadsheet. I tried to use the syntax defined in the reference manual. The above syntax is not working. The above syntax works with the Spreadsheet Business Rule Assembly. Anyone tried Table view service type? If so, what is the syntax to call the table view service from a Spreadsheet?  

What is the default state of IsDurableCalculatedData if left out of an api.data.calculate statement?  I'm assuming it's false but I just want to double check.I'm seeing an api.data.calculate statement which contains an "onEval" statement, then a comma, then False.  If I look at Intellisense, the first field after the "onEval" is userState, followed by the Boolean for IsDurableCalculatedData.  How should I read this statement?  Is the False referring to the userState or to the IsDurableCalculatedData Boolean?Thanks,Bob

Dear all, Could you please advise if in OneStream there is a tool, which we can use to automate preparation of consolidated financial statements in Word format based on OneStream and outside of OneStream data (combination of OneStream numbers from cube views and texts that can be manually corrected)?  

We have noticed that BI Blend drop tons of lines during the import and does not log any error. We took few not loaded entries and try to load to table again but getting below error.  Just few lines of data. Tried to play around with Agg properties but could not find any solution. Summary: BI-Blend base data does NOT match any Aggregation Base Members.

Hi, want to copy quarterly input data through business rule. the destination scenario is defined as monthly input. in the destination code , i want to specify months which system doesn't allow. we need pass in DM Job. I am trying to automate a yearly load of data from a business rule.  I want the rule to loop through a set of periods and run a specific workflow for that period.  The workflow uses a connector rule in which I get the scenario and period of the workflow being run.  THe issue I am facing is that I can get the WorkflowPK for the workflow/scenario/time that I want to run.  But when I call BRApi.Import.Process.ExecuteParseAndTransform with that key, a workflow starts, but if I happen to be on that workflow in the session I am running it picks up the POV from where I am at.  So if I want my business rule to run 3 periods (Jan - Mar).  If I am on Dec, then it runs December every time.  Below us how I get the WFPK and call the Dim wfClusterPk As WorkflowUnitClusterPk = BRApi.Workflow.General.GetWorkflowUnitClusterPk(si, wfProfileInfo.Name, wfScenarioName, wfTimeName) '--------------------------------- ' Parse and Transform: '--------------------

I am building a report that uses a nested parameter.  This report will run on a dashboard within Guided Reporting if it makes any difference. My parameters are Member List types. EntityParam1 uses a member filter of E#Corporate.ChildrenInclusive. This is controlled by a combo box on the dashboard. Let's pretend the user selects E#Legal as the value for the combo box, one of the children of E#Corporate.EntityParam2 has a member filter of |!EntityParam1!|.ChildrenInclusive.ChildrenThe member filter I want it to return is E#Legal.ChildrenInclusive.ChildrenWhen I run this nested parameter, it runs E#Corporate.ChildrenInclusive.ChildrenInclusive.Children, which throws an error at some point.  How can I use EntityParam1 to only return the E#Legal member for my nested filter?I would think the answer lies within a literal parameter but haven't found a method that automatically uses the selected value of my first parameter. I'm making a simple event handler rule that sends an email when a workflow is processed. I would like the email to include the datetime when it was processed, the user who did it, the workflow, workflow profile and entity. However I've only been able to include the date and time.
