Hi, I am importing from the ERP i go the error intersection is read-only due to conditional input settings.when i click on load and transform i have this error. the transaction is related to IC account. when i changed the mapping to another IC account is works well.  The issue is only for one IC account.(IC trade receivables)  is there any fix for this?Regards,

Hi I'm looking to get the year from a time parameter to use in a cube view header. Is it possible to use the XFMemberProperty rule if possible?I've tried :Name(XFMemberProperty(DimType=Time, Member=|!TimeParameter!|, Property=Year)) but the system doesn't like it.Note, the following works to get the time description, but I'm looking to just get the year i.e. 2023XFMemberProperty(DimType=Time, Member=|!TimeParameter!|, Property=Description)Thanks,Mark

Hi all. So I have a book set up that creates an excel workbook based on a loop of entities. It works absolutely fine, however, the book is 300 worksheets or so. Therefore its pretty handy to have an Index page. Is there anyway to splice a worksheet not generated from the CV into this export? Also, books seem to forego the handy auto freeze pane on headers that excel exports do on execution. Does anyone have a BR that will do this?Thanks in advance! Tom

I have a report that has a specific formatting request. The report uses two Member Expansions in the columns. The client requests that the 1st member expansion have no formatting, but the 2nd member expansion be in bold. Is it possible to apply different formatting to each member expansion? E.g Member expansion 1 is U1#Top. Member expansion 2 is the S#Actual. Client requests U1#Top be in plain text, while S#Actual be in bold.   Thank you

How to migrate Report-Books from one Env to another in One Stream? Book is not available in the list of objects to export. Is it a different process as it comes to File Explorer?

 I have this button that is replacing the value of the WFProfile with one from a parameter (which are all WFProfiles), and what I want it to do is that when I select a value, it updates in the workflow, and that in a label, the newly selected value is displayed. What is happening now is that when I open my dashboard, the menu to select the value is displayed, but when I select it, it doesn't change. I have to press the button again to refresh the workflow, and the label also updates to the new value.      

Hi community,I am trying to pass a custom name function in the manner below:XFBR(XFBR_CubeViews, CustomTimeExpansion, timeExp=T#2020.Base, desc = :Name(|MFTimeShortDesc|))Somehow the XFBR is not able to append custom name function to the periods that are output in custom sort order. Its not reading the custom name function that i am passing to desc variable. Please help.

Hi,While exporting the Cube View to PDF and Excel we are getting the below error,Unable to process Cube View because of the Nested Member Expansions resulting in 167,125,564 rows and the maximum allowed is 1,000,000 rows. We have tried by enabling the Sparse Row Suppression still we are getting the same error. Is there any way to resolve this error?Thank you.

I'm currently cleaning up the CubeViews available in the system that has been created over the years and not maintained.I noticed that templates do not "run" when a CubeView report is generated, so this might confuse a user to believe that the CubeView used as a template is not actively being used. However, when deleting a CubeView assigned as a template, I will get notified that I can't delete it as it is being used by another CubeView.I would like to know if there are any other dependencies I should consider when deleting a CubeView. Eg: is it used elsewhere in the system like a rule, workflow, etc, so that I can avoid breaking any existing processes.

Hi there, I am new to OneStream and would like to know is there any functionality to achieve below report output. I have two sections in my reports, the first section would be a header displaying what is the account used, and the second section would be the account breakdown by cost centres (e.g., Cost Centre A, B, C).  I would like to have report layout in column B as shown in below mock-up. I tried using the :Name(|MFUD1Desc|), but it does not work as expected. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you. Jacky

Dear CommunityI have requirement to pull all the prior months including the current month for my report. Currently I am using this(T#POV.AllPriorInYear)  function which gives me the only prior to the current month but not current month, and I need both the prior months along with current months to display in report. Any solution to this will be very helpful and appreciated. 

Hi All,  We have 100's of Cube Views that have been created, and we're looking for a way to efficiently delete many of them. Is there a method to delete multiple cube views simultaneously through BR or any other simple approach? Thank you and appreciate your help.  Regards Sri

I've created a cubeview that is no longer working.  My co-worker is able to run the cubeview without and error.  I get the below error when I run the cubeview. How to I fix this.  Thanks Candice

Hello, I am seeking for assistance on header and cell format with conditional formatting. I am trying to add a top and bottom line to specific accounts in the "Show Report" function. Header Format used However, in the report, only the bold formatting is applied while the top and bottom line do not appear. Any guidance on resolving this would be greatly appreciated. Hi,We have adjusted the top margin to all kinds of numbers, however it still doesnt seem to shrink. I have removed the log from the extender rule but it seems like there is a margin default. I have also tried to look at removing the blue line header to see if that helps but cant seem to find the proper rule for that. Any suggestions to get this top margin basically down to a very little space? The report needs to fit on one page so we took the font down and it works but would like to find a little more space if possible. Thanks!

Hello,I'm trying to create a 5 quarter bar chart trend in BI Viewer, but I can't get the time dimension to properly display the columns in the correct time order, it keeps defaulting to alphabetical (ie Q4 2022, Q3 2022, Q2 2023, Q2 2022, Q1 2023).  Does anyone know how to fix or adjust for this?Thank you!

Hi, sorry I always get a bit confused on how to use parameters in data management sequences/steps.I have a dashboard with: a combo-box that let users select an Entity member; a cube-view which Pov is based on the combo-box selection; a button which runs a data management sequence.The combo-box bound parameter uses a member list.The data management sequence contains only one step, which is a custom calculate.I would like the data management step to run on the selected Entity member (the one selected in the combo-box). How do I link the Entity of the data management step to the selected Entity member?With the current Entity filter setup in the data management step:- I can run the step from Application/Data management page and I am prompted to select an Entity. No issue in this case.- I receive an error if running the data management sequence from the dashboard (Summary: Error processing Data Management Step 'Plan_Growth_Adjs'. Invalid parameter. Guys, there is a requirement where we have to use a single template for all the 5 forms in  a workflow and depending on which form the user selects the rows and columns should generate dynamically . Is there any way we can get the Selected Form name in a BR. Or Is there any other solution for this Problem?  Thanks a Lot.

Hi all, Is it possible to format the top row of an expansion different from the expansion details in a cube view if they are the same line on the CV set up? For example, I would like the formatting to have the Total Product line bold with the details under it not bold and with only one expansion at Total Product. It seems the only way I can do that is to have one row in the CV set up for Total Product formatted one way and a separate line below for the details formatted another way (result in screenshot above). The problem is then my expansion isn't really where it should be and the first detail line (Branded Pharm) will always show.I can't figure out a way to do this but if it's possible, please let me know!  

How are parameters organized within a DMU? I refuse to believe they're placed in a random order once created. They're not sorted in alphabetical order or by Parameter Type—then how?

Hi all,I am trying to find a way to set up a member filter where the member's text 1 field contains the name of an entity.My CV row setup is as follows:E#MyParent.base     U1#MyU1Parent.base.where(Text1 contains xxxxxxx)in the above example, xxxxxxx should be the name of the current entity.So basically this CV should go through all the base entities and for each Entity, the U1 member(s) that display should only be those whose Text1 field contains the name of the particular entity.There must be a way to do this.  The concept is simple.  We use a lot of where() clauses here in our CVs but no matter what I try (i.e. where(Text1 contains |MFEntity|), where(Text1 contains |CVEntity|)); nothing seems to give that result.  It either completely ignores the where clause and just returns all of the U1 member regardless or it defaults to the total U1 parent.This CV works perfectly if I select a single entity and ask for all of the U1 base members whose text1 field co
